How do I submit my referrals?

Once you are onboarded as a referral partner you will receive a unique referral link that tracks all your referrals, and referral notifications back to your account.

How much involvement do I need after referring?

Minimal. We manage setup, activation, and support; you simply introduce us.

How do I know when my referral is successful?

You’ll receive notification and reporting once your referred client starts processing.

What if a client doesn’t proceed?

No problem — there’s no penalty. You only earn on successful activations.

Can I refer multiple clients?

When do I receive my payout?

Once you hit the minimum reward threshold of $50 AUD you receive your first payout. Funds will be released on the first business day of the month along with your earnings statement

How do I know how much I’m earning?

You will have full transparency of your reward earnings. Your monthly statement will be emailed on the first business day of the month.
