Challenge 

As the platform expanded, HubHello wanted to make it easier for families to pay childcare fees while also helping services collect payments more efficiently.

Many services struggled with cash flow, bad debt, and the discomfort of chasing payments from families. Payment administration was a major operating concern, making payments one of the most critical parts of running their businesses.

HubHello initially explored integrating directly with banks, but this approach proved complex and challenging. As a result, HubHello became one of the first platforms in its sector to offer fully online direct debit request forms. Previously, services relied on downloadable forms, manual data entry, and physical paperwork. With Worldpay for Platforms, the entire process became digital and automated.

Families can now log in online or via mobile, manage payment methods, make payments, and update details easily. For HubHello, Worldpay for Platforms also removed the burden of managing PCI compliance, card regulations, and merchant due diligence, allowing the team to focus on building and improving their software.
