We started as an electronic document management solution, so we're hosting invoices and statements for a long time for big accounts and people come in through portals and they look at their invoices and their statements and we thought that since they're looking at their payments, why not give a payment solution?

So we start talking with Keith and he introduced us to Payrix®, and we thought it was like the best way to migrate from electronic paper to electronic payment. So that's how it got to payments. So payments for the market that we're in is kind of natural path to upgrade from what we've been doing for many, many years. Payments is a beast on its own—where when we sell paper replacement we talk to mostly CIOs or technical people. So when we go to payments, we change focus a little bit.

We kind of target the CFOs and that helps us migrate and talking to different people and we see that they're more interesting in the payment or anything that relates to financials than the paper, but the paper helps to get to the payment, but really the payment gives us a big get go on the industry to provide a full solution to our customers.

We are new in this market, so it's completely a different scope for us. So this forum really helped us understand that financial industry that we just started to get into and we're pleased with the support that we're getting.

We evaluated different options and the options that Payrix was providing really get us off to the block much faster—and with much more strength than what we wanted to achieve going from electronic document to payment and it was a robust solid solution so it's it really helped us go to the market much faster and with all the rules that we have to commit to really Payrix and the team really help us do that project successfully.
