$200 eGift Card Promotion Terms and Conditions

  1. These Terms and Conditions apply to the “Worldpay for Platforms $200 eGift Card” Offer (“Offer”). By participating, a claimant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions. Claims must comply with these terms and conditions to be valid.
  2. The Offer is made available by Payrix Australia Pty Ltd (ACN 135 196 397) (“Worldpay for Platforms”).
  3. The Offer commences at 9:00 am (AEST) on 15/5/2026until 9:00 am on 30/6/2026 (AEST) (“Offer Period”). Sign-ups for a Worldpay for Platforms payment solution after the offer has concluded will not be eligible for the Offer.
  4. This Offer is only open to permanent residents of Australia who are 18 years or over as at the date of becoming a Worldpay for Platforms customer (“Eligible Entrant”).
  5. The Offer is only available in conjunction with the approved Worldpay for Platforms application through invitation during the Offer Period (“Eligible Product”). 
  6.  The Offer consists of one (1) Prezzee eGift Card valued at AU$200 (inclusive of GST) (“gift” or “Prezzee eGift”).
  7. To receive a gift, Eligible Entrants must meet all the following eligibility requirements (“Eligibility Requirements”):
    1. The Eligible Entrant must successfully submit their requested documentation for the Worldpay for Platforms onboarding process to be finalised during the dates of the Offer Period through a Worldpay for Platforms Sales Representative. These include a completed CSA, upload of bank statements and other supporting documentation as requested by Worldpay for Platforms. If Worldpay for Platforms, in its sole discretion, declines the application, this Eligibility Requirement will not be met.
    2. Be transacting in the first 60 days following the date their account is open (“Date of Onboard completion”).
    3. The Eligible Entrant must not be a current customer at the start of the Offer Period.
    4. The Eligible Entrant must have a valid mobile number and email address in their submitted application and
    5. The Eligible Entrant must not be an employee of Payrix Australia Pty Ltd (Worldpay for Platforms) or any of its Related Bodies Corporate.
  8. One Offer per customer during the Offer Period. The Offer will be allocated to the primary business contact on the account.
  9. The Offer cannot be combined with any other offer for promotion including a corporate policy rate.
  10. Once an Eligible Entrant has satisfied the Eligibility Requirements, they will be awarded with the Prezzee eGift (“Qualified Entrant”).
  11. The Prezzee eGift will be issued to the Qualified Entrant within 15 business days of meeting the Eligibility Requirements via email to the address provided on their account. It is the responsibility of the Qualified Entrant to follow the prompts in the email to activate and redeem their Prezzee eGift. 
  12. Prezzee terms and conditions will apply.
  13. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law), Worldpay for Platforms (including employees,  agents and Related Bodies Corporate) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way in connection with this Offer, including but not limited to: a. any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under Worldpay for Platforms’ control); b. any theft, unauthorised access or third- party interference; c. any tax liability incurred by a customer (independent financial advice should be sought); or d. accepting and/or using a gift. Nothing in these conditions of entry restricts, excludes, modifies or purports to restrict, exclude or modify any statutory consumer rights under any applicable law including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
  14. Worldpay for Platforms at its sole discretion and at any time can amend, withdraw, cancel, suspend all or any part of this Offer, including suspending any part of this Offer with another offer of equal or greater value. Eligible Entrants will not be entitled to any additional compensation in the event that the gift or element of a gift has been substituted at equal or greater value.
  15. Worldpay for Platforms is not responsible for any undelivered emails due to an entrant’s spam filters or email settings.
  16. Proof of identity, residency and product eligibility is at the discretion of Worldpay for Platforms. In the event that an Eligible Entrant cannot provide suitable proof, they may forfeit the Offer in whole and no substitute will be offered.
  17. Worldpay for Platforms reserves the right to disqualify any person that provides false information or who seeks to gain an unfair advantage or to manipulate this Offer.
  18. Worldpay for Platforms (subject to State and Territory legislation) reserves the right to amend, cancel or suspend this Offer if an event beyond its control corrupts or affects the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Offer.
  19. Personal information is being collected by Worldpay for Platforms for the purpose of conducting and promoting this Offer, and to assist Worldpay for Platforms to improve its services. For this purpose, personal information may be disclosed by Worldpay for Platforms to organisations, including but not limited to agents, related entities, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. By entering this Offer, an entrant consents to storage and use of their personal information by Worldpay for Platforms in accordance with its Privacy Policy. If the personal information is not provided, the entrant may not participate in this Offer. Each Privacy Policy also contains information about how individuals may opt out, access, update or correct their information, how individuals may complain about the treatment of their personal information, and how Worldpay for Platforms will deal with such a complaint.
